  11. Unplug the refrigerator power cord again before proceeding to the next repair step.

🔩 Step 4: Replace main control board if needed

  1. Open the refrigerator’s right-side door and locate the control panel display at the top center of the interior ceiling panel.
  2. Remove the two Phillips-head #2 screws located on each side of the control panel bezel, positioned approximately 1 inch from the outer edges.
  3. Pull the control panel bezel forward and down to release the three snap clips along the top edge, then set the bezel aside.
