Why I Started This Site

A Little About Me
I’m based in the Midwest, where the winters are hard on appliances and people don’t like wasting money — two things that have shaped how I work. When I’m not troubleshooting someone’s broken refrigerator, I’m probably in my garage working on small engines or watching my kids’ weekend soccer games. I got into this trade because I genuinely like fixing things and I like helping people. That hasn’t changed after 18 years, and it’s the reason I keep writing here.
